EverJewish
For rabbis, chaplains, chevra kadisha and caring committees

Your community's burial plan,
set up once.

The people in your care already turn to you first. Give them a plan before they need one: the cemeteries you work with, your own number, your own words — on one page with a link and a QR code. When the call comes, nobody starts from scratch.

1

Build it once

Pick the cemeteries from EverJewish's record — prices and availability stay current on their own. Add your contact and your notes in your voice: "Call me before you call anyone else."

2

Hand out the link

Put it in the newsletter, on a card at a pre-need seminar, or give it at the bedside. A family opens it and sees your name at the top.

3

They settle it, you see it

They save the plan, choose a cemetery, ask for prices in writing, fill in their burial wishes, and tick things done. Those who choose to share show up on your list.

What a family gets
  • Your plan, in their own EverJewish planSaved to a page they can come back to, with your name and your words at the top.
  • Prices and details in writingFrom the cemeteries in your plan, through the request path every family uses. Always no fee to families.
  • Their burial wishes, on paperA document prefilled with your community's details — who to call, the cemetery — that they complete, print and sign with a witness.
  • The first hours, already decidedOne tap, "a death has occurred," opens a page with their funeral home, their cemetery and your number. Nobody looks anything up at 6 a.m.
What you get
  • A simple list, not a CRMMrs. Cohen: opened the plan, chose Jerusalem Gardens, wishes signed. Only families who choose to share; never a health detail.
  • Fewer frantic callsThe family who planned calls you with the cemetery's name, not a question.
  • A heads-up when a listing changesIf a cemetery in your plan changes its availability, price on record or phone, you hear about it.
  • Free, alwaysEverJewish never charges rabbis or chaplains. Nobody can pay to be included in your plan, and the family can always see every cemetery in the area — your plan is a starting point, never a fence.

How it stays neutral

Funeral homes and cemeteries are never providers; they stay listings. A listing you include is told once that it's in your community's plan, and never told when you remove it. No family's information goes to any office until the family sends a request themselves. The plan template prescribes no customs: the burial-wishes directives are yours to word, and each family keeps or unticks every one.
