Families tell EverJewish once what they're looking for — plots, the funeral, or both — and the Jewish cemeteries and funeral homes near them answer on the site. This page is for the offices.
A family planning ahead shares, once, what they're looking for: how many plots, which section, their timeframe, or a prepaid funeral. EverJewish sends the same questions — availability, what's required, and pricing with payment plans — to the Jewish cemeteries and funeral homes near them. The family reads the answers on a private page and chooses. No office is ranked; replies appear in the order they arrive.
Whether or not you have joined, your office is on the family's list with your phone number and what's on record. Offices that have joined see the full request and answer the family in their own words; the answer is shown under your office's name, and the family can write back, ask you to call, or call you.
By email. Each request arrives at the address you choose — your pre-need counselor's, where you have one — and you reply to it. No login, no dashboard. Your signature and quoted text are removed before the family sees the answer. If you'd like your answers to appear on your EverJewish page, so the next family sees them before they ask, say so and we add them with your office's name.
A flat monthly membership, the same whether you answer one family or forty. It starts with a free period and you can cancel any time from a link in every email. Nothing is ever charged per family, per request, per reply, per call or per appointment, and no office can pay for position. The amount and the terms are on the sign-up page you reach from a family's request.
